We are a 55+ Active Adult Community and in order to lease with us you will need to make two times the amount of rent and have a clear background.

After submitting your application, additional information will be needed to verify your income. A separate email will be sent including instructions on how to securely verify your income using your bank account information. This verification must be completed before your application can be approved.
